At The Crossing everyone is taking steps with Jesus and this includes babies, preschoolers and elementary aged kids! We believe in partnering with families and equipping parents as they spiritually lead their kids.

Kids can meet new friends and have fun experiences while they learn about the love of God. Programs and group experiences are a safe place for kids to explore faith, invite friends and build a spiritual foundation that will last.

*During each month with 5 Sundays we have a Family Fusion Sunday, where the kids are in service with us! We still have nursery services available.

NURSERY

Children are a gift from God and we treasure each of them. Playland is the room for our little ones from 6 months of age to 2 years. Our nursery team are dedicated loving adults, who have been properly screened and trained to ensure a safe environment for your child. Giving babies their first glimpse of The Church is so important, we want them to feel loved and safe. Through interactive Bible stories and play, they will learn about Jesus and His Love.

PRESCHOOL

The Sandbox, our preschool room is specifically designed for children ages 3 through Kindergarten. The well trained staff encourages the gift of curiosity in a safe environment for them to learn and grow. Kids will experience a first look at the Bible through fun and interactive games, crafts, age-appropriate Bible lessons, and small group discussions. Children will learn that God made them, God loves them and God wants to be their forever friend.

ELEMENTARY

For the 1st through 5th graders, we use a combination of large and small group experiences, teaching through music, drama and fast-paced fun. Small group time reinforces the lesson of the day through life application activities.
Being a preteen has its own unique challenges, struggles and benefits. Separating the 4th-5th graders during small group time is intentionally giving them an environment where they can grow with other preteens.

FOR PARENTS

As a parent, you are the greatest spiritual influence in your child’s life.

While the church has 40 hours a year with your child, you have over 3,000; that leaves a lot of time for you to influence your child and love your child like Christ loved you. Our goal as a ministry is to partner with you, to encourage you, help and equip you to become the type of parent God designed you to be!

When it comes to your child’s faith, we believe you are the experts on your kids. No one knows them like you or is better equipped to help them grow in their relationship with God.
